Regional Engineer – Motors & Generators (Southwest | Tucson, AZ)
Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 + Bonus

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Supporting multiple service centers across the Southwest region
- Diagnosing and resolving complex motor and generator failures (AC/DC)
- Standardizing repair practices and improving how work gets done
- Supporting high-voltage testing and field diagnostics
- Training and mentoring technicians and field teams
- Driving reliability, uptime, and repair quality across operations
What You Bring
- 8–10+ years working with motors, generators, or heavy rotating equipment
- Background in mining, heavy equipment, power generation, or industrial operations
- Strong troubleshooting experience—especially in high-pressure environments
- Hands-on experience with motor repair, rewind, or field service
- Knowledge of high-voltage systems and testing methods
- Familiarity with industry standards (IEEE, NEMA, API)
- Willingness to travel across the Southwest
