In-Process Laboratory Technician

In-Process Laboratory Technician required to work for a leading advanced composite aero-structures manufacturing facility

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work as an In-Process Laboratory Technician, performing various tasks including:

Prepare test samples following approved work instructions
- Perform routine laboratory tests and inspections during production
- Ensure all testing is carried out in line with safety and quality procedures
- Record test results, maintain logs, and prepare reports
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper calibration and functionality
- Support documentation and lab-related records
- Follow strict procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Work closely with production and quality teams


Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 3 years of laboratory experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with laboratory tools, chemicals, or testing equipment
- Ability to follow procedures and technical instructions
- Basic knowledge of safety standards (HSE)
- Familiarity with systems such as SAP / LIMS is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Experience in composite material testing (e.g. fiber weight, chemical testing)
- Experience handling hazardous materials safely


Working Conditions:
- Based in the UAE
- Laboratory environment
- Shift work required (day/night rotation)
- May involve handling chemicals and laboratory equipment
