Head of Sales – Aviation MRO (Regional)
Our client is looking for an experienced Head of Sales from the aviation MRO sector to grow their regional business. You’ll own your territory, hit monthly revenue targets, and manage the full customer journey—from lead generation and negotiation to closing and beyond.
What You’ll Do:

Drive sales across your assigned territory with clear revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key aviation clients.

Lead negotiations and manage the pipeline end-to-end.

Ensure continuity and customer satisfaction even after handover to Customer Focus.

Represent our client at events, trade shows, and key meetings.
Who We’re Looking For:

10+ years in aviation sales or business development, ideally in MRO.

Experience managing large accounts and leading deals from prospecting to closure.

Leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Based ideally in Europe, the Middle East, or Southeast Asia, but open to Jordan or other locations.

Hands-on, proactive, and ready to travel.
