A skilled Citation XLS Licensed Aircraft Engineer is required to join a friendly, stable, and well‑established business aviation maintenance organisation located in Bavaria.

Responsibilities
As the Citation XLS Licensed Engineer, you will:
- Perform and certify line and base maintenance on the Citation XLS fleet.
- Support additional Citation variants where type‑rated.
- Ensure continued airworthiness, performing inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting to EASA standards.
- Act as a senior technical reference within the Citation team.
- Assist in mentoring and developing junior engineers and mechanics.
- Maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Mandatory Requirements
- EASA Part‑66 B1.1 (or B1/B2) licence.
- Citation XLS type rating with certifying experience.
- Solid, hands‑on background in business jet maintenance.
- Ability to work both independently and within a close‑knit team environment.
- Strong understanding of EASA regulations and safety processes.
Desirable Requirements
- Additional Citation type ratings (CJ series, Bravo, Excel, etc.).
- Experience training, mentoring, or supporting junior engineering staff.
- Business aviation or small-MRO experience.
- German language skills (helpful but not essential).
