Manager - Planning, Records & Warranty required to work for a leading UAE-based aviation company.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work as a Manager - Planning, Records & Warranty performing various tasks including overseeing maintenance planning strategies, ensuring compliance with CAMO regulations, managing aircraft maintenance records and documentation, supervising warranty processes and claims, monitoring aircraft hours and cycles, coordinating heavy maintenance packages, optimising resource utilisation, liaising with OEMs and vendors, supporting on-wing inspections, managing service contracts and warranties, leading and developing the warranty team, and ensuring all maintenance activities are completed on time and within budget.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft, Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the aviation industry
• At least 5 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance planning
• Experience working within an airline environment with a high utilisation, large fleet
• Strong knowledge of CAMO regulations and airworthiness requirements
• Experience managing maintenance records, documentation, and planning systems
• Proven experience in warranty management and claims processing
• Strong leadership and team management skills

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working with Airbus A320 aircraft
• Previous experience liaising with OEMs and vendors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with maintenance planning software and databases
• Knowledge of cost optimisation and resource planning
