Licensed Aircraft Engineer – Saudi Arabia
Location: Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Long-Term Contract (Full-Time)
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineer to take responsibility for the maintenance and airworthiness of private and corporate jets while they are operating within Saudi Arabia. This is a hands-on engineering role with significant responsibility, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational readiness.
This is a long-term contract with the opportunity to grow into the lead engineering representative in Saudi Arabia, overseeing technical operations and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Perform and certify maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft while in-country.

Ensure compliance with Saudi GACA regulations and international aviation standards.

Liaise with ground handling teams, OEMs, and maintenance providers to resolve technical issues.

Act as the lead technical authority for clients during their aircraft’s stay in Saudi Arabia.

Provide accurate reporting on aircraft status, maintenance actions, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements

Legal right to work in Saudi Arabia without sponsorship (mandatory).

Licensed under one or more of the following authorities:

Saudi GACA (General Authority of Civil Aviation)

Gulf-region aviation authority license
-
EASA Part-66 (European Union Aviation Safety Agency)

UK CAA (Civil Aviation Authority)
-
FAA A&P (Federal Aviation Administration – Airframe & Powerplant)

Current and qualified on at least two of the following aircraft types:

Gulfstream G650
-
Gulfstream G550
-
Gulfstream G600
-
Gulfstream G700
-
Dassault Falcon 8X
-
Embraer Lineage 1000
-

Proven experience in line and base maintenance activities.

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Flexibility to support operations across multiple airports in Saudi Arabia.
