This position reports directly to the Director of Maintenance (PRM), and the QA Manager.
Thorough communication with customers MOC, schedule and conduct customer maintenance tasks on their specific policies and procedures.
Communicate and hand over to opposite supervisor to maintain operation consistency.
Keep and maintain all employee shift schedule and daily operation workorders in Bi2
Work closely with the PRM and QA Manager to ensure all training standards are being met and maintained for compliance with CAR’s.
Ensure paperwork and logbook entries are complete and accurate.
Keep a clean and organized working environment.
Promote current policies and procedures as defined in the company MPM and QCP documents.
Revise existing procedures and generate new processes to enhance safety, knowledge and efficiencies.
Participate in regular departmental meetings.
Actively participate in the Wright International SMS including, reporting hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations; understand, comply and promote the company safety policies.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
Must have a valid Transport Canada AME M2 license and minimum of three endorsements .(B737NG/MAX, B777,B787 – A320CEO/NEO –A330CEO/NEO, A350, preferred).Previous AME Lead/Supervisor experience required - proven ability to lead a team of AMEs.
Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Bi2).
Ability to communicate effectively.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
