Senior IT Support is required to work for a leading MRO in the UAE.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work as a Senior IT Support, performing various tasks including
- Provide advanced support for PCs, industrial PCs, printers, phones, and IT peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and update systems and standard applications
- Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability & security
- Participate in local or regional IT projects
- Work closely with internal teams to support daily operations
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of IT support experience
- AA/AS degree or equivalent technical training
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good English communication, especially with multinational teams
- Excellent customer-service mindset
- Ability to follow technical instructions and solve complex issues
- Preferably applicants who are currently in the UAE
