 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) M1/M2 to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate must have previous corporate or charter aircraft experience and have excellent independent troubleshooting abilities.

Type on One of these aircraft

  • Challenger 605
  • Challenger 604
  • Cessna Caravan 208 with Wipaire amphibious gear
  • Cessna CJ series
  • Falcon 7x

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on our fleet of aircraft in accordance with Transport Canada’s regulations and standards.
  • Carry out repair, servicing and troubleshooting of aircraft and components according to the manufacturer's recommendations and company policies.
  • Work in a small team environment to address the needs of the aircraft.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid M1 or M2 Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license.
  • 5 – 10 years total experience in a corporate or charter environment - required.
  • Current Canadian Passport.
  • Specific Type Training on company fleet or other – strong asset.
  • M1/ M2 license with experience on Caravan & Challenger aircraft – strongly preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of CARS.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated high standards of professionalism and safety in all work-related activities.
  • Experience working within CAMP / Winair/ AMS / or other management software.
  • Must have valid driver’s licence.
  • Must live or relocate within 45 minutes of the Victoria International Airport.

This role is a full-time salaried position and is generally based on a Mon – Fri (8:00am – 4:30pm) but this will vary to accommodate flight schedules, aircraft AOGs and the needs of the business. The position comes with standard Industry benefits, competitive salary and RRSP matching.
