Seating Technician – Interior Seats Workshop

We are seeking experienced Seating Technicians to join our Components Team, specialising in premium seating and cabin interiors. Key Responsibilities

As a Seating Technician, you will:

  • Carry out major and minor assembly, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, testing, and disposition of seating components and cabin interiors.

  • Perform upholstery bonding on seating components.

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine repair procedures.

  • Complete work packs and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ensure cosmetic quality in line with customer expectations.

  • Adhere to quality standards, safety protocols, and company procedures.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in seating or interiors workshop roles.

  • Hands-on experience with upholstery and laminates.

  • Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings.

  • Computer literacy (MS Office and similar systems).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Flexibility to work overtime, extended hours, and weekends when required.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience as a Seating Technician within an aviation interiors workshop.
