What You'll Do

Monitor aircraft maintenance activities and documentation at the task level across assigned hangars.

Collaborate with hangar management, engineers, and mechanics to correct procedural and documentation discrepancies.

Provide hands-on coaching to ensure compliance with technical documentation and regulatory standards.

Collect and analyze non-compliance data, preparing weekly and monthly performance reports for senior leadership.

Stay current with Part 145 regulations and internal policies; identify opportunities to improve procedures and processes.

Participate in environmental and safety programs and report any related non-conformities.
What You Bring
-
Licensed B1/B2 Aircraft Engineer with Airbus and/or Boeing type approvals (current status not required).

Minimum 10 years' experience in aviation maintenance, including heavy/base maintenance exposure.

Solid understanding of EASA Part 145 certification and release requirements.

Proven leadership experience in roles such as Supervisor, Shift Leader, or Technical Representative.

Strong experience with Quality & Safety Management Systems, auditing, and Microsoft Office tools.
