What You'll Do

  • Monitor aircraft maintenance activities and documentation at the task level across assigned hangars.

  • Collaborate with hangar management, engineers, and mechanics to correct procedural and documentation discrepancies.

  • Provide hands-on coaching to ensure compliance with technical documentation and regulatory standards.

  • Collect and analyze non-compliance data, preparing weekly and monthly performance reports for senior leadership.

  • Stay current with Part 145 regulations and internal policies; identify opportunities to improve procedures and processes.

  • Participate in environmental and safety programs and report any related non-conformities.

What You Bring

  • Licensed B1/B2 Aircraft Engineer with Airbus and/or Boeing type approvals (current status not required).

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in aviation maintenance, including heavy/base maintenance exposure.

  • Solid understanding of EASA Part 145 certification and release requirements.

  • Proven leadership experience in roles such as Supervisor, Shift Leader, or Technical Representative.

  • Strong experience with Quality & Safety Management Systems, auditing, and Microsoft Office tools.
