Chief Specialist - Maintenance Control Centre (MCC)

We're looking for an experienced Chief Specialist - MCC to join our team and play a pivotal role in keeping our fleet operating safely, reliably, and on schedule. This is a high-impact role where your technical expertise, decision-making, and leadership will directly support flight operations and on-time performance.
What You'll Do
- Lead and perform in-depth troubleshooting of complex aircraft systems.
- Oversee and track the history of aircraft systems and components, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to investigate root causes of chronic system issues and drive corrective actions.
- Work with the Shift Duty Manager to coordinate aircraft commitments and align all stakeholders in support of smooth operations.
- Manage Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations by initiating required maintenance, monitoring unscheduled events, and liaising with Operations Ground Services (OGS).
- Ensure maximum fleet utilisation and safeguard on-time performance through proactive maintenance planning and follow-up.
What You'll Bring
- ICAO Type II License (mandatory)
- Type Training Level 3 endorsements on at least two aircraft types (A320, A330, B777, B787)
- B1/B2 endorsements (Type Training Level 3) on your license
- Strong background in Line Maintenance
- Minimum 4 years of certified experience in MCC
