What is MRO America?

Taking place across the 23rd-26th April 2026, MRO America is amongst one of the largest annual aviation shows across the United States, inviting over 17,000+ attendees, 1000+ exhibitors and 2,000+ airline and lessor buyers, representing 93+ countries.

This year’s program is set to include a broad mix of technical sessions, industry panels, and focused discussions on key topics such as AI-driven maintenance tools, workforce development, industry consolidation, and operational stability. Attendees can expect expanded conference tracks, live technology demonstrations, and new features such as a dedicated technology theater and the MRO Tech PitchFest.

The event will also host structured networking opportunities, executive-level access to airline and OEM leadership, and hands-on showcases of next-generation MRO solutions across the exhibition floor, all designed to support learning, collaboration, and practical problem‑solving across the aviation maintenance community.

 

 

Who will be there?

  • Danny Brooks MBE - CEO and Founder of VHR, named among the Top 100 Influential People 2025 and awarded an MBE for his services to international trade. Danny brings 30 years of international aerospace and aviation recruitment expertise.
  • Neil Day – With over four decades of hands-on aviation experience, Neil Day brings unmatched expertise in both fixed and rotary wing aircraft. Trained as an Aeronautical Mechanical Engineer, Neil’s career spans operational leadership, global project delivery, and technical excellence.

  • Matthew Jasper – Specialist in Senior Level hiring within the Aerospace industry globally, with a specific focus on the North American market.
  • Jennifer Robinson – Head of Marketing with extensive experience in aviation marketing, overseeing VHR’s presence and engagement at MRO Americas 2026.
