The successful candidate will work as a Tube Bending & Laser Cutting Technician, performing various tasks including:

• Operating and setting up tube bending equipment to produce components to specification.
• Operating laser cutting equipment for tube and metal fabrication applications.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Performing machine changeovers and tooling adjustments.
• Inspecting finished parts to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Troubleshooting basic machine and production issues.
• Performing routine machine maintenance and housekeeping activities.
• Working closely with production, quality and engineering teams to meet manufacturing schedules.
• Following all safety procedures and company policies.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods as required.
• Experience working within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

• Experience operating tube bending equipment.
• Experience operating laser cutting equipment, preferably CNC laser systems.
• Experience with machine setups and changeovers.
• Experience working with stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel materials.
• Familiarity with measuring equipment including calipers, tape measures and gauges.
• Experience within tube fabrication, metal fabrication, exhaust manufacturing, motorsports fabrication or similar industries.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or fabrication experience.
