•
Support on-wing inspections and rectifications to build successful claims; engage with specialist workgroups when required to challenge declined warranty claims and coordinate with Finance for settlement.
•
Identify high-value, frequently used consumables eligible for warranty remedies and liaise with suppliers to secure free-of-charge (FOC) replacements where possible.
•
Collaborate across operational hubs to identify potential warranty claim opportunities.
•
Maintain up-to-date technical and contractual knowledge, and foster professional relationships with OEMs and vendors.
•

•
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the warranty team and support in addressing internal and external stakeholder queries.
•
Provide direction, coaching, and guidance to team members to support their professional and career development.
•
Foster a positive working environment that promotes engagement, accountability, and high performance.
•
Manage team performance through objective setting, continuous feedback, and formal reviews; handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary matters in line with company procedures.
•
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
