Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced EASA Part-66 B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer with FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification to join our Line Maintenance team in the United States. The successful candidate will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, defect rectification, and certification activities on Boeing 777, Boeing 787, and Airbus A350 aircraft.
This role requires strong technical expertise, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform line maintenance activities on B777, B787, and A350 aircraft.

Conduct transit, daily, service, and overnight maintenance checks.

Troubleshoot and rectify aircraft mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and avionics defects.

Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with approved maintenance data.

Complete technical documentation accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Support Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery activities.

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with FAA, EASA, manufacturer, and company procedures.

Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational reliability.

Work collaboratively with Maintenance Control, Operations, Engineering, and Flight Crew personnel.
Minimum Requirements

Valid EASA Part-66 B1 License.

Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.

Current or previous type-rated experience on:

Boeing 777
-
Boeing 787
-
Airbus A350
-

Minimum 5 years of commercial aircraft maintenance experience.

Previous line maintenance experience on wide-body aircraft.

Strong troubleshooting and defect rectification skills.

Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, engineering orders, and technical publications.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
Work Authorization

Preferred Qualifications

Multiple aircraft type ratings.

ETOPS maintenance experience.

Engine run and taxi qualifications.

Previous international airline or MRO experience.

Experience in high-volume line maintenance operations.
