Composite Technician required for our Client, an EASA Part145 approved facility. As they continue to grow, they are seeking skilled and experienced Composite Repair Technicians to join their team.
Responsibilities
Specialist workshop-based role carrying out inspection, repair, refurbishment, painting, and release-to-service activities on aircraft composite components. Responsibilities include damage assessment, wet layup and pre-preg repairs, hot and cold bonding, honeycomb repairs, and working in accordance with approved maintenance and airworthiness documentation.
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven aircraft composite repair experience in an aviation/MRO environment.
- Experience with wet layup, pre-preg, honeycomb structures, and bonding techniques.
- Ability to assess damage and select appropriate repair methods.
- Experience working from SRMs, AMMs, Service Bulletins, and Airworthiness Directives.
- Airbus A320 Radome experience essential.
- Human Factors training.
