Mandatory Requirements
- Diploma in machining + CNC machine tools
- Fluent French (spoken/written)
- Strong English reading comprehension (technical docs/blueprints)
- Team player with initiative + leadership potential
- Manual dexterity + analytical problem-solving
Desirable Requirements
- 3+ years precision machining experience
- Cutting tool sharpening/regrinding expertise
Responsibilities
- Program + run multi-axis CNC grinders to manufacture, sharpen, repair cutting tools (carbide/HSS drills/reamers/endmills)
- Interpret engineering drawings/sketches; trig calculations for complex geometries
- Setup/dress wheels, multi-machine operation, automated inspections (CMM/comparators)
- Process improvement + new tooling development
- Quality checks, cleaning/packaging, equipment maintenance (oil/filter routines)
- Autonomous team execution in fast-paced aero environment
