Full‑time Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – YVR

A Full‑time Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (M2) is required to work for a leading aviation maintenance organization.
This is an excellent opportunity based in YVR (Vancouver) to join an established aircraft line maintenance services company, offering competitive compensation and a chance to work across multiple commercial aircraft types.


Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work as a Full‑time Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, performing tasks including:

  • Carry out line maintenance activities (daily checks, weekly checks, and service checks) on various aircraft types
  • Perform additional aircraft work in accordance with Inspection Instructions, Airworthiness Directives, and Service Bulletins
  • Ensure all work items are properly recorded and signed off on the applicable Maintenance Control forms
  • Complete any other assigned duties as directed by the supervisor or manager
  • Track and plan maintenance activities; coordinate with Dispatch as required

Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid Transport Canada M2 AME License with experience on Boeing 737‑800/MAX
  • Minimum 2 years of licensed AME experience; line maintenance experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of MPM, MCM, aircraft operations specifications, and relevant maintenance manuals
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills; proactive, results‑driven, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Airport Security Clearance (RAIC) and AVOP considered an asset
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on operational demands

Desirable Requirements

  • Prior line maintenance experience on 737 NG/MAX aircraft
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Experience working in fast‑paced line maintenance environments
