B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer
We are looking for a number of B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineers for a prestigious UK based Aviation company.
Your role will be to support line maintenance operations on a modern regional jet fleet. The role involves carrying out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and defect rectification while ensuring the highest standards of airworthiness, safety, and operational performance
Responsibilities

Carry out scheduled and unscheduled line maintenance and defect rectification on company aircraft

Maintain the highest standards of airworthiness, safety, quality, and performance

Exercise company authorisation privileges in line with approvals held

Support aircraft recovery, AOG situations, and ad-hoc operational requirements across the network

Deputise for the Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor when required

Ensure accurate technical documentation, shift handovers, and maintenance records

Maintain company tooling, equipment, and vehicles as required

Complete all mandatory training, certification, and competency assessments
Mandatory Requirements
- CAA Part-66 Category B Licence (B1, B2, or B1/B2 – unrestricted)
- Strong technical knowledge of aircraft maintenance activities
- Working knowledge of aviation regulations, Safety Management Systems, and human factors
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and a flexible approach to operational demands
- Ability to perform effectively under time and operational pressure

Embraer E190 type rating (or willingness to undertake type training)

Line maintenance experience on regional jet aircraft

Experience mentoring apprentices or developing engineers
- Immediate start available for suitable candidates

- You must have the ability to obtain airport restricted area access and to obtain an airside driving permit
- Valid driving licence (or equivalent)
