Mandatory Requirements
- Diploma in Precision Sheet Metal Fabricator (Tôlerie de précision)
- Blueprint reading + manufacturing drawing proficiency (French/English technical docs)
- Fluent French (spoken/written); basic English for specialized instructions
- Windows/SAP systems familiarity
- 2-5 years relevant experience
- Controlled Goods Program (CGP) eligibility required
Desirable Requirements
- Engine component fabrication experience
- Laser cutting, plasma spray, or grit blasting expertise
Ressponsibilities
- Setup/operate sheet metal equipment: laser cutting, presses, plasma spray, grit blasting for engine components
- Assembly, rework, deburring, weld prep, riveting, dimpling, spot welding across sub-assemblies
- In-process inspections using precision gauges/fixtures + statistical process control
- Forming operations with material springback compensation + prototype development
- Multi-machine operation, forklift handling of press fixtures
- Process improvement, team training, routine maintenance (fluids/filters)
- Quality documentation, cleaning/packaging per aerospace specs
