Job Description:
VHR is partnering with a leading aviation client to recruit experienced B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineers with a valid B737 MAX type rating and M2 certification. You will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on the Boeing 737 MAX aircraft. The role supports both line and base maintenance in a team-oriented, safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out inspections, fault diagnosis, and repairs on B737 MAX aircraft

• Ensure all maintenance is completed in line with aviation regulations and company procedures

• Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed

• Work closely with other engineers and departments to meet operational deadlines

Requirements:

• Valid B1 Aircraft Maintenance Licence

• Current B737 MAX type rating

• M2 certification (mandatory)

• Legal right to live and work in Canada (citizenship or valid work/residency permit)

• Proven hands-on experience with B737 MAX maintenance

• Strong understanding of safety and regulatory standards
