Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SMS Safety Coordinator to strengthen the company's Safety Management System (SMS) and drive operational excellence.
What You'll Do
Collect, analyze, and follow up on safety data from operational teams.
Maintain the Hazard Log and Risk Register, ensuring timely corrective actions.
Prepare and distribute safety newsletters, bulletins, and alerts.
Support Safety Action Group (SAG) and Safety Review Board (SRB) meetings with reports, agendas, and minutes.
Coordinate safety trainings and maintain the SMS training database.
Develop initiatives to raise staff safety awareness.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar).
Accredited Safety Management Systems certification or training.
2+ years of aviation experience with knowledge of Part-145, Part-M, and SMS regulations.
Familiarity with safety management software (e.g., Q-Pulse) and quality management principles.
Strong analytical, presentation, and data interpretation skills.
Excellent English communication skills, with ability to prepare clear and concise technical reports.
Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure, including night shifts.
