Our leading client is seeking a Technical Safety Engineer to strengthen their Safety Management System (SMS), ensure compliance, and embed a strong safety culture across operations.

The Role

  • Support and maintain the company's Safety Management System.

  • Lead investigations for Occurrence Reporting & prepare Technical Occurrence Reports.

  • Promote Safety Culture, Hazard Identification & Risk Assessments.

  • Conduct Safety Audits and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.

  • Collaborate with staff, customers, and authorities to ensure accountability and transparency.

  • Recommend corrective and preventative actions, ensuring follow-through and verification.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze information on reported occurrences.

  • Conduct staff interviews and participate in Root Cause Analysis.

  • Communicate findings clearly to customers and authorities (TORs/MORs).

  • Monitor safety performance, identify hazards, and verify mitigation measures.

  • Encourage voluntary reporting and proactive safety initiatives.

  • Support environmental protection and sustainability programs.

  • Review and recommend updates to Safety & Quality Manuals.

  • Prepare safety reports, audits, and statistical analyses.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Aviation / Engineering or valid B1/B2 License.

  • Minimum 2 years' aviation industry experience.

  • Solid knowledge of EASA / FAA / CARC / GCAA / GACA Part-145 regulations.

  • Experience in auditing and surveillance procedures.

  • Understanding of Safety Risk Management principles (advantageous).

  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of QPulse, EmpowerMX, AirVault, AirNavX, MyBoeingFleet (preferred).
