  • Prepare regular compliance and performance reports for senior management.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of aircraft maintenance experience within a Part 145 or equivalent maintenance environment.
  • Extensive experience within Heavy/Base Maintenance is essential.

  • Hold a valid Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML) issued by EASA, FAA, UK CAA, GACA, ICAO-recognised authority, or equivalent regulatory body.
  • Must hold a minimum of two Airbus and/or Boeing type ratings on their licence (current or historical). This is a mandatory requirement.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft certification and release requirements, regulatory compliance, quality systems, and safety management systems.
  • Previous supervisory, shift leadership, auditing, or technical representative experience is highly desirable.
  • Airbus and Boeing narrow-body and/or wide-body experience will be viewed favourably.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
