1. Manage stores transactions – Issuance , Storage , dispatch and preloading
  2. Manage Inventory stock check physical count and verification of documentations
  3. Liaise with different internal stake holders to ensure spares are received in stock .
  4. Assist in analysis of data for various projects.
  5. To prepare Sales quote and Sales Order with providing timely feedback to customers.
  6. Communication with vendors for necessary documents required for vendor approvals.
  7. Well versed with Technical manuals (AMM, IPC, CMM etc)
  8. Good in negotiation and problem solving.
  9. AMOS experience in preferable especially AMOS analysts.
  10. Bachelor’s or equivalent technical degree with  3years aviation Stores / Procurement / Planning experience / sales. Candidates with sales experience will be preferred.

Advance level MS Excel (graphs, data management is MUST) and preferably PowerBI knowledge with excellent in written and verbal communication skills
