Sales Manager– Aircraft MRO
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team at an aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facility specializing in aircraft paint, exterior refinishing, and refurbishment services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting specialized aviation services to aircraft owners, operators, leasing companies, and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the aviation industry

Build and maintain relationships with aircraft owners, operators, maintenance organizations, brokers, and aviation partners

Promote aircraft painting, refurbishment, and MRO service capabilities to new and existing customers

Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposals, negotiations, and closing opportunities

Prepare sales presentations, quotes, and customer proposals in collaboration with internal teams

Attend aviation industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as required

Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and opportunity tracking

Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure customer expectations are met

Provide market feedback and identify opportunities for business growth
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management

Experience in aviation, aerospace, MRO, manufacturing, or technical services is an asset

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to understand and communicate technical service offerings

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings and industry events

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Experience

Knowledge of aircraft maintenance, aircraft refinishing, paint processes, or aviation operations

Existing aviation industry contacts and network

Experience selling high-value technical services or capital projects
