QA/QC Aircraft Inspector (A&P) –
QA/QC Aircraft Inspector required to work for a leading aviation maintenance and repair organisation.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work as a QA/QC Aircraft Inspector (A&P), performing various tasks including:
- Performing in-process and final inspections on aircraft under assembly, repair, or modification
- Conducting detailed visual inspections to ensure quality and workmanship standards are met
- Ensuring all maintenance is performed in accordance with FAA regulations, Repair Station Manual (RSM), and OEM manuals
- Reviewing documentation and maintenance records to support Return to Service (RTS) approvals
- Making airworthiness determinations and approving articles for RTS
- Determining part approvals and identifying major vs minor repairs or alterations
- Ensuring maintenance activities comply with Part 135 AAIP or CAMP programs where applicable
- Verifying correct tooling is used and calibration requirements are met
- Monitoring adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Communicating effectively with Leads and Service Managers regarding work orders
- Supporting technicians and stepping in with hands-on duties where required
- Ensuring all completed work meets or exceeds original or properly altered condition standards
Mandatory Requirements
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification
- Minimum 5 years of general aviation maintenance experience
- Strong working knowledge of FAA regulations (FARs)
- Ability to inspect and approve aircraft and components for airworthiness
- Experience reviewing maintenance documentation and compliance records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to obtain airport security clearance (badge)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience in a QA/QC or Aircraft Inspector role
- Experience working on aircraft such as Gulfstream, Dassault Falcon, King Air, Cessna, Piper, or Pilatus
- Experience in a Part 135 or similar regulated environment
- Strong decision-making skills relating to airworthiness and compliance
