Quality and Compliance Manager

Position Overview:
The Quality and Compliance Manager will lead and oversee all quality assurance and compliance functions within the organization. This role ensures adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies, and industry best practices while driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of quality control systems and the ability to implement compliance frameworks that enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risk.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance Leadership:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures for all operational processes related to warehouse operations and spare parts procurement cycle.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Prepare and present detailed quality and compliance reports to senior management.
  • Prepare the company for the ISO and other relevant certification
  • Compliance Management:
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with international and local standards (e.g., ISO, aviation regulations).
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions for identified compliance gaps.
  • Risk Assessment & Mitigation:
  • Identify potential risks in operations and develop strategies to minimize them.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Training & Development:
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure staff understand and follow quality and compliance protocols.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and compliance awareness across all departments.
  • Operational Efficiency:
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve cost efficiency.
  • Drive initiatives for cost reduction without compromising quality standards.
  • Supplier & Stakeholder Management:
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor compliance with agreed terms.

    Qualifications & Skills:
    • Bachelor’s degree in the related field (Aviation, Economics, Social sciences, etc) and extensive training in quality and compliance area.
    • Proven experience in quality assurance, compliance auditing, and operational management (experience in Logistics and Quality Assurance Management in Aviation is an asset).

    • Familiarity with international compliance standards and auditing processes.
