Human Resources Manager – Aviation / Regulated Environment

A Human Resources Manager is required to join a growing aviation organisation based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work as a Human Resources Manager, operating in a hands-on and strategic capacity, with responsibilities including:

  • Partnering directly with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives
  • Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
  • Leading and delivering HR initiatives and projects to support organisational growth
  • Overseeing employee relations matters, including investigations and performance processes
  • Managing and improving HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
  • Leading benefits administration, including vendor management, renewals, and employee communications
  • Ensuring compliance within a highly regulated environment (e.g. aviation / transportation / similar)
  • Supporting workforce planning, engagement, and organisational development initiatives
  • Leading and developing a small HR team

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist
  • Strong hands-on HR experience across the full employee lifecycle
  • Solid background in employee relations and HR compliance
  • Experience managing employee benefits and vendor relationships
  • Experience working within a regulated or compliance-heavy environment
  • Ability to operate in both a strategic and hands-on capacity
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working alongside senior leadership

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in aviation, aerospace, transportation, logistics, manufacturing, or similar industries
  • Exposure to regulatory frameworks (e.g. FAA, DOT, OSHA or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting organisational change, growth, or HR transformation initiatives
  • Prior experience supervising or mentoring HR team members
