Customer Service Engineer required to work for a leading Aerospace company based in Europe.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating customer repair and maintenance projects from quotation to delivery, ensuring schedule, cost, and quality compliance, supports Part 145 operations across multiple locations, interfaces with Part 21J design organizations, derives technical requirements from ICA documentation (AMM, CMM, SRM), optimizes MRO processes, contributes to new business acquisition, and participates in customer and authority audits.
Mandatory Requirements
- Technical education (apprenticeship, technical college, university)
- 2–3 years of professional experience in technical disciplines preferred, ideally in aviation, Continued Airworthiness/MRO
- English and German language skills
- MS Office skills
- Part145, Part M and Part 21 knowledge
- Must have the right to work and live in Europe
Desirable Requirements
- SAP knowledge would be an advantage
- Experience working within an aircraft component maintenance workshop environment would be an advantage
Additional Information
- Contract position with view to work Hybrid with initial 2 month period onsite, thereafter 1 week per month onsite and the rest of the time remote
