Job Title: Composite Technician
Location: United Arab Emirates

We are looking for several Composite Technicians to join our high-performance maintenance team in the UAE. This is not a routine workshop role — you will be working on some of the most advanced commercial aircraft in the world, with a strong focus on Airbus composite structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural and composite repairs and modifications, primarily on Airbus aircraft.

• Carry out work in a safety-first, fast-paced hangar environment.

• Read and follow detailed repair manuals and technical drawings.

• Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and workmanship at all times.

• Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to meet turnaround deadlines.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Technology, Airframe, or Structural Repair.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on composite repair experience; Airbus experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to repair quality.

• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

• Sound understanding of aviation safety procedures and workshop discipline.
