As a Sales Project Manager, you will be the key interface between customers, sales, and internal execution teams to ensure the successful delivery of dry type transformer projects.
Responsibilities:
- Independent project management for dry-type transformers for global customers
- Central contact person for internal and external project communication - both with customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, production, logistics) to clarify technical details and ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee project timelines, documentation, cost control, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle claims and change orders proactively to protect company interests
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee installation and commissioning activities at customer sites
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during commissioning
- Organise Factory Acceptance Tests in coordination with the plant and the customer
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field as well as several years of professional experience in complex project management, ideally handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Technical knowledge of dry type transformers is a plus; technical background in related industries (like electrical equipment and power distribution industry) is also welcome
- Solid knowledge of project management methods
