Job Title: Storekeeper

Job Description:
As a Storekeeper you will Complete store movements and bookings so that that security, documentation and organisation standards are always maintained.

Duties include:

  • Ensuring stock records are always kept up to date
  • Ensuring that the stores are secure, well organised, tidy and that all locations in the stores are clearly labelled.
  • Ensuring aircraft parts and other materials are received into, transferred and issued from stock in accordance with Part 145 and company procedures
  • Placing goods in query should they not meet the company's stipulated requirements, especially relating to documentation
  • Receiving unserviceable components removed off aircraft and ensuring that these are returned on time and with the required paperwork (CORES)
  • Ensuring that items requiring destruction are disposed of in line with legal regulations and supplier requirements including the necessary documentation
  • Preparation, administration and archiving of transport and import and export paperwork
  • Monitoring stock levels of consumables, raising new orders and ensuing that these arrive on time
  • Storage, issuing and ordering of work clothing

Requirement:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Vocational training as specialist for warehouse logistics
  • at least 2 years' experience working in a warehouse/logistics company
  • Good MS-Office skills
  • Good English language skills
  • Good team player, willing to work independently
