Join Our Team as a Sr. People Manager

We're looking for a strategic and inspiring Sr. People Manager to lead our HR functions and drive a positive employee experience across the organization. This role oversees HR Business Partnering, People Services, Employee Relations, HR Administration, and HRIS, ensuring HR strategies align with our mission, values, and business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Lead HR teams to deliver high-quality services and improve employee engagement.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support long-term business objectives.

  • Translate business needs into effective HR solutions, policies, and practices.

  • Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to design and implement HR initiatives.

  • Monitor key performance indicators and drive performance and retention improvements.

  • Act as a change agent, leading process improvements and transformation initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and HR best practices.

  • Leverage technology to track, analyze, and report on HR metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHRI, SPHI) is highly desirable.

  • 12+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Experience in aviation, manufacturing, or technical industries preferred.

  • Strong understanding of labor law and global HR best practices.

  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and data analytics tools.
