Compliance Manager - Compliance & Safety Division - Full time on site Middle East
Reports to: VP Compliance & Safety
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead our client's Compliance & Safety team. In this key role, you will ensure adherence to aviation regulatory approvals, drive compliance standards, and promote a strong safety culture across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage compliance operations, audits, and approvals to ensure full regulatory adherence.
- Oversee and develop policies, procedures, and KPIs to maintain and improve compliance standards.
- Lead safety initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of maintenance documentation and regulatory records.
- Guide and develop your team through training, mentoring, and skills development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in aviation or related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years in a Maintenance Repair Organization (Part 145).
- Strong knowledge of EASA Part 145 and international airworthiness regulations.
- Proven leadership experience with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
