VHR Is hiring for our client, a leader in building custom Superyachts.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Production (Hull) for the construction of our Superyachts.
Duties include:
- Managing assembly workers, team leaders, work planners and quality controllers.
- Ensure that projects are executed according to the agreed delivery times, quality standards and budgets.
- Be closely involved in the planning and distribution of work on board.
- Monitoring quality and initiating improvements during the construction of hulls.
- Participate in internal and external consultations with project teams and external parties.
- Report to the Project Manager on the progress of assigned work and projects.
Requirement:
- HBO working and thinking level, preferably with an education in shipbuilding.
- Relevant experience in shipbuilding is a strict requirement, preferably in yacht building.
- Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in a similar production environment.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for craftsmanship and quality.
- Knowledge of safety, health and safety and quality regulations.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
