Neil oversees mechanical and structural programmes across Europe, drawing on one of the most extensive engineering careers in the ATS leadership structure. His understanding of complex structural modification, heavy maintenance, and regulatory compliance ensures projects remain controlled, safe, and aligned to OEM standards. Neil also supports avionic work packages alongside Dave, enabling cross-functional cohesion across the region.

24 years of aviation experience
Ryan leads mechanical and structural projects across North America, with a proven background in commercial, military, and heavy maintenance environments. His oversight strengthens delivery consistency across multi-site programmes, with Dave providing specialist support for avionic projects. Ryan’s leadership ensures scalable deployment and operational continuity in high-demand regions.
