VHR's friend and colleague Bob Keane was sadly and prematurely taken from us earlier this year.

Bob was one of life’s true gentlemen and his departure has left a void in the lives of everyone he touched. Bob and his family only have the most respect and praise for the doctors and nurses at Harefield Hospital where Bob received his treatment.

In memory of Bob and to raise funds for Harefield Hospital VHR has formed a crack team which run the Tough Mudder to raise funds for this very worthy cause on the 2nd May 2015.

Tough Mudder is a hard-core 19Km obstacle race - designed by British Special Forces to challenge the toughest of the tough. The obstacles often play on common human fears, such as fire, water, electricity and heights and only 3 out of 4 usually manage to finish the course.

VHR's Keane Team successfully received a huge amount of donations through Virgin Money Giving which have been processed and passed to Brompton and Harefield Hospitals.

We would like to thank everyone for their support and contribution to this important cause.
