Role Overview

We are seeking a licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Peterborough Airport. This position is responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across a diverse fleet of aircraft, ensuring compliance with Transport Canada regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with approved data and procedures.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems to ensure aircraft readiness.

  • Document all work performed in compliance with Transport Canada and company requirements.

  • Collaborate with fellow AMEs and support departments to maintain operational efficiency.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Valid Transport Canada AME “M” license.

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance.

  • Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
