Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work as a Financial Assistant performing various tasks including:

Posting purchase invoices to the company’s accounting applications

Raising and submitting sales invoices to customers

Processing payroll via the UAE WPS Wages Protection System
-
Managing petty cash, company credit cards, and related reconciliations
-
Posting supplier payments and maintaining supplier/customer records
-
Supporting bank and account reconciliation processes
-
Assisting credit control functions as required
-
Processing staff and contractor expenses
-
Identifying and reporting discrepancies in records
-
Responding to queries from contractors, suppliers, and clients
-
Undertaking filing and administrative duties
Mandatory Requirements

Right to work in the UK

Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an accounts payable department

Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work to tight deadlines

Professional, articulate, and well-presented

Self-motivated and highly organised

Strong customer service skills

Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Desirable Requirements

Experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV
