They are are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead the sale of power generation products and solutions in the data centre market. The primary purpose of this role is to develop routes to market, prospect and deliver new business, managing client relationships, and ensure the growth and profitability their data centre business segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive power generation revenue growth and meet sales targets for our data centre solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients in target markets.
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients, including regular meetings, business reviews, and post-sales support.
- Manage the sales journey, working closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure alignment on client needs and successful project delivery.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, including prospecting, cold-calling, client meetings, and negotiation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in a sales management or business development role within either power generation or other similar equipment in a data centre environment such as, cooling, UPS Systems, switchgear and HVAC systems or the data centre industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, building relationships, and managing key accounts.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
