Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead growth in the Benelux region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across solar PV and energy storage markets. This role requires a strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Benelux region in alignment with European business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, developers, distributors, utilities, and key stakeholders in the renewable energy value chain.
Identify new business opportunities in solar PV, energy storage, and related segments.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal preparation to negotiation and contract closure.
Collaborate with the technical and service teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, policy developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and regular reporting to management.
Support marketing activities and contribute to product positioning tailored for the Benelux market.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in renewable energy, preferably in solar PV, energy storage, or power electronics.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the Benelux market.
Strong network with EPCs, developers, and utilities in the region.
