My client has been established for 40 plus years and they engineer bespoke switch-gear & power distribution solutions trusted across the UK.
They are currently looking for an experienced Project Engineer who will be taking full ownership of complex projects from conception through to completion.
Activities:
- Lead projects cradle-to-grave-from order intake through to final invoice
- Design bespoke assemblies and creation electrical schematics
- Specify, source and order materials with precision
- Oversee manufacturing, from build supervision to snag-free delivery
- Own client relationships
- Manage change requests, witness testing (FAT/SAT), and installations
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Background in electrical engineering, ideally in power distribution
- Comfortable with Inventor, Auto CAD, and technical drawings
- Confident communicator who can manage stakeholders and suppliers
- HNC or higher in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
Package:
- Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + Performance Bonus
