As Charter Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the company's charter sales function, supporting and growing a high-urgency team focused on converting inbound charter enquiries, maximizing aircraft utilization, and delivering a premium client experience. You will collaborate closely with flight operations, owner services, and senior leadership to ensure sales performance is aligned with operational realities and company goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage charter sales activities, including quoting, negotiating, and closing charter bookings.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with charter brokers, aircraft owners, and high-value clients.

  • Collaborate with operations and flight support teams to ensure aircraft and crew are scheduled efficiently and profitably.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to support strategic positioning.

  • Develop KPIs and reporting metrics to track sales performance and fleet utilization.

  • Ensure CRM and quoting platforms (e.g., Avinode, FL3XX, Leon) are accurately maintained.

  • Contribute to the pricing strategy and provide feedback to leadership on market dynamics.

  • Support or lead recruitment, training, and coaching of sales personnel as the team grows.

  • Drive a collaborative and performance-oriented culture between sales and operational functions.

  • Respond to and resolve escalated customer service issues or complaints when needed.

  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant FAA regulations, company manuals, and operational policies.


What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience within a Part 135 or jet management environment (sales, operations, dispatch, or client service).

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive charter revenue performance.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a high-paced, detail-focused environment.

  • Familiarity with charter quoting and scheduling platforms (e.g., Avinode, Schedaero, FL3XX, Leon).

  • A strong team player who can lead through influence and example.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent aviation experience will be considered.


Desirable Skills

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a charter or sales-focused team.

  • Working knowledge of aircraft performance, cost structures, and international trip planning.

  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
