We're hiring a Chief Resource Planning professional to lead and drive manpower planning across large-scale maintenance operations. This is your chance to take ownership of workforce strategy, scheduling, and performance optimisation at a senior level.

What You'll Do:
✔ Lead and supervise multiple teams of planners and scheduling officers
✔ Develop long-term and quarterly manpower plans aligned with operational requirements
✔ Collaborate closely with maintenance managers and MCC to deliver safe, timely, and efficient operations
✔ Review time & attendance, overtime analysis, and performance reports
✔ Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
✔ Recommend improvements to enhance planning accuracy and operational outcomes
What We're Looking For:
8+ years of experience in airline/MRO operations
At least 4 years of experience in resource planning or scheduling
Solid knowledge of aviation regulations, MIS systems, and production planning
Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive mindset
Experience in managing projects and cross-functional teams
