About the Role

From repairs to on-site demonstrations, your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Product Support & Repair

  • Troubleshoot and repair all company products.

  • Assess whether products can be repaired or need replacement.

  • Complete all documentation for repairs, re-shipments, and RMA returns.

  • Configure new equipment for production use.

  • Apply Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to warehouse stock as needed.

Customer Support

  • Provide technical assistance via phone and email.

  • Accurately diagnose and resolve technical issues.

  • Communicate repair timelines and progress to customers.

  • Offer guidance for software upgrades and installations.

Demonstration & Event Support

  • Prepare and dispatch demo and loaner equipment.

  • Assist with booth setup and technical support for trade shows.

  • Travel to events or customer sites as required.

Training & Internal Support

  • Train internal staff, external technicians, and clients on product repairs.

  • Lead technical training workshops and ensure materials are up to date.

Quality & Engineering Collaboration

  • Report quality and service issues to engineering teams.

  • Provide testing and feedback for R&D and prototype evaluations.

  • Participate in special projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential:

  • Technical degree in Electronics (or equivalent experience)

  • 3-5 years of experience in electronics repair

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and travel occasionally across Europe

  • Manual dexterity and soldering skills (including surface-mount)

  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and test equipment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of PCB and mechanical assemblies

  • Ability to read electrical schematics and prints

  • Understanding of current wiring regulations

  • Experience in entertainment technology or similar fields

Day-to-Day

Expect a hands-on and varied role-repairing hardware, providing expert support, preparing for trade shows, and guiding users through technical challenges. You'll be part of a supportive team, with opportunities to grow and take on new responsibilities.
