The Role
As Head of Procurement, you will take full ownership of procurement operations, supplier relationship management, and strategic sourcing across multiple categories. You'll play a critical role in enabling operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and sustainable value creation.
Your mandate: Build and lead a high-performing procurement function aligned with the company's bold growth trajectory and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end procurement strategies across direct and indirect spend
Manage high-value supplier contracts and drive commercial negotiations
Champion digital procurement tools and process transformation
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, and executive leadership
Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards
Develop sustainable sourcing strategies aligned with ESG goals
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven leadership in procurement or supply chain, ideally within MRO or aerospace sectors
Track record of delivering cost savings and operational improvement
Strong background in strategic sourcing, contract law, and supplier performance management
Experience working in complex, multicultural environments
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change at all levels
Bachelor's degree (mandatory); relevant postgrad qualifications or CIPS certification a plus
