Danny Brooks MBE has been involved in leading global workforce transformation projects designed to address critical skills shortages within the aviation industry. These initiatives have focused on creating sustainable talent pipelines, developing new technical workforces, and helping organisations overcome long-term recruitment challenges through skills development and training. One major project involved designing and delivering a workforce creation programme to tackle a global shortage of Aircraft Cabin Technicians. Rather than competing for an increasingly limited pool of qualified professionals, the programme identified individuals with transferable skills and provided industry-standard training to develop them into fully qualified technicians.

- Improving fleet availability by increasing the number of qualified technical personnel.

Danny Brooks MBE has won many awards across his 30-year period, most importantly the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in 2018, and then the Kings Award for Enterprise in 2025.
