On-site Co-ordinators 

VHR’s Onsite Coordinators provide a dedicated, hands‑on presence within client operations to ensure the smooth delivery and ongoing management of deployed workforces. Acting as an extension of both the client and VHR, our Co‑ordinators play a critical role in supporting workforce efficiency, compliance, and engagement. 

Embedded on location, VHR Onsite Coordinators manage day‑to‑day workforce requirements, including attendance monitoring, shift coordination, onboarding support, and first‑line issue resolution. They provide real‑time communication between workers, client stakeholders, and VHR delivery teams, ensuring any challenges are addressed quickly with minimal operational disruption. 

Our Coordinators also oversee compliance with local labour regulations, site requirements, and health and safety standards, supporting risk mitigation and consistent service quality.
