Contract Recruitment  

VHR’s contract recruitment solutions enable organisations to quickly secure highly skilled professionals for short-term, project based, or interim requirements across specialist sectors. Having these teams allows us to provide rapid mobilisation of skilled contractors to meet extremely tight operational deadlines and current fluctuating demands from our clients. 

Through our contract recruitment work, we have helped airlines, MROs, OEMs and aerospace manufacturers to deliver scalable contract workforce solutions and continue to ensure full compliance with local labour regulations. Such as in Germany, where contractors are leased to the client but employed directly by VHR in line with the Federal Leave Act (Bundesurlaubsgesetz), providing a minimum of 20 days’ statutory holiday, enhanced to 25 days with VHR. We also make sure that we abide by all the aviation authority requirements (EASA/FAA-aligned recruitment).

VHR’s Onsite Coordinators provide a dedicated, handson presence within client operations to ensure the smooth delivery and ongoing management of deployed workforces. Acting as an extension of both the client and VHR, our Coordinators play a critical role in supporting workforce efficiency, compliance, and engagement. 

Embedded on location, VHR Onsite Coordinators manage daytoday workforce requirements, including attendance monitoring, shift coordination, onboarding support, and firstline issue resolution. They provide realtime communication between workers, client stakeholders, and VHR delivery teams, ensuring any challenges are addressed quickly with minimal operational disruption.
